Quad Graphics maintains this highly confidential and secured website for conducting business with its customers and their designated representatives in connection with the printing services Quad Graphics is performing for its customers, specifically, the approval process for the placement of variable data on pre-print proofs (the "Site").

Unless you have been specifically authorized by Quad Graphics to access this Site and any information maintained on it, your continued access and use may be a violation of law and expose you to substantial penalties, including criminal and civil sanctions pursuant to federal, state or local laws or regulations.

Any retransmission or distribution of all or part of any materials found on this Site is strictly prohibited without prior written permission of Quad Graphics, provided however, that such prior consent is not needed for downloading a copy of the proof for internal use by the authorized individual accessing the Site for the purpose of reviewing a hard copy of the proof, if necessary, or in order to maintain a hard copy for your internal record retention.

Terms of Use

You acknowledge and agree that the materials you view or read on this Site are the confidential and proprietary property of Quad Graphics and/or its customer and you will not disclose the information or materials appearing on this Site to any third party without the prior written consent of Quad Graphics and/or an authorized representative of its customer.

You agree that the proofs you review and approve on this Site are for the purpose of allowing you to view the placement of variable data on pre-print proofs for an upcoming print project to be performed by Quad Graphics. Any color indications on the proofs you view are for convenience only and do not indicate exact color specification related to the print project or materials you have submitted to Quad Graphics in connection with your print project. This Site is not intended to be the approval process for color proofs.

You acknowledge and agree that the approval process on this Site is part of a process relating to a printing project that may or may not be governed by additional terms and conditions between the parties through means of a purchase order, work order, contract, or other related document setting forth the project specifications and related terms and signed by Quad Graphics and its customers ("Project Document"). In the event that any term or provision of this Site conflicts with any term or provision of any Project Document, then the affected term or provision of this Site shall govern and prevail.

You also agree that nothing on this Site should be construed as granting any license or right to you to see (except for the internal approval process) any intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, or patents, without the express written permission of Quad Graphics or such third party that may own the material on this Site.
